• Order data: name, email address, phone number and the details of your order.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: device, browser and how you use our pages — analytics only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy).
• Chat data: your conversations with the site assistant, kept to improve the service. In the chat logs our team reviews, contact details (email, phone number, order number) are hidden; if you ask the assistant to pass your request to our team, the contact details you give go with it.

We use your data to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations, improve the website and — only if you have opted in — send you marketing communications.

• Our ticket suppliers — the details needed to obtain and transfer your tickets, including your name where tickets are issued in it.
• Stripe — to process your payment.
• Hosting, database and email delivery providers that run the website and send you order messages.
• Anthropic — the AI provider that processes your messages to the site assistant to generate answers.
• Google and Yandex — analytics and advertising measurement, only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal data.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
